At first glance you might think this pattern is just simple garter stitch. Look again!
An easy K3, P3 repeat pattern creates a subtle striping effect.
SIX BLANKET SIZES:
Baby: 28” wide x 28” long
Small (Crib/Lap): 35” wide x 40” long
Medium: 38” wide x 46” long
Large: 44” wide x 50” long
XL: 47” wide x 55” long
XXL: 53” wide x 60” long
SUPER BULKY #6 WEIGHT YARN:
Baby: 320 - 330 yards
Small: 590 - 600 yards
Medium: 730 - 740 yards
Large: 925 - 940 yards
XL: 1100 - 1150 yards
XXL: 1350 - 1400 yards
Pattern may also be used with 2 or 3 strands of lighter weight yarn knit together.
NEEDLES: The blanket is knit in one piece, back and forth on long circular knitting needles US size 13 or 15.
GAUGE: Exact gauge is not essential. However, knitting should be fairly tight for desired appearance.

Excellent service
I am on my 3rd one of these as it got so many comments on my daughters pram. Used chunky as it was for winter but I am going to try a lighter one for springtime.
