Swedish Spring is a top-down triangular shawl that begins with a subtle texture and stockinette stitch in the main body that transitions into a mesh arrow lace, and finishes with a pointy lace edging.
This pattern lends itself perfectly to that one special skein of sock yarn or other fingering weight yarns and results in a beautifully drapey fabric that is perfect for spring and transitional weather. The stockinette body provides extra warmth around your neck, while the lace edge keeps it light and airy.

Needles US 5 (3.75mm) 40" (100cm) circular needles
Gauge 17 stitches and 30 rows = 10 cm/4in in stockinette stitch after strong blocking (gauge is not critical for this shawl but will affect yarn requirement and finished size).
