Do you love the Jack and Jill nursery rhyme? I made this reading character bookmark to commemorate Jill’s historic climb up the hill. This will be a favorite of any reader. This is a fun pattern to make. This makes a quick gift for a reader. The crochet stitches include, sc, hdc, dc, tr and sl st. The pattern includes description of abbreviations and complete instructions. You will need a Boye Steel Crochet hook size 1 (2.25mm). This is a larger size hook than usually used with thread crochet and makes working with thread crochet easier for those who are not comfortable with thread.
