This is a vintage style baby hat suitable for either a boy or girl. You have the option to add either a chin strap or ties. The pattern gives instructions for BOTH knitting flat on 2 straight needles and knitting in the round. Choose whichever is your preferred method. The pattern gives 4 sizes from birth to 3 years.
