Let It Fly Mandala Blanket

This is a beginner pattern and requires only chain and single crochet stitches.  Pattern is written in US terms and includes explanations of all stitches and abbreviations.  US and metric measurements given.

Finished dimensions are about 39 by 39 inches (99 by 99 cm) using 4 cakes of Lion Brand Mandala dk weight yarn held doubled and an 8 mm hook.  Also includes a child's blanket (39 by 58.5 inches (99 by 149 cm)) with 6 cakes and adult blanket (39 by 78 inches (99 by 198 cm)) with 8 cakes.
