Intervolve is an elegantly cabled hat and fingerless mitt set that packs a big wow factor into small projects. Valley Yarns Valley Superwash DK lends its crisp stitch definition—perfect for making cables pop—and the softness of extrafine Merino wool to these pieces and gives them machine-washability too. The hat is knit seamlessly in the round from the brim up with decrease shaping worked into the cables, creating a sunburst design at the crown. The mitts are also knit in the round from the bottom up and feature an integrated thumb gusset for an excellent fit. Intervolve is a project you can knit again and again as a go-to gift for friends, teachers, and more! Cable patterns are both charted and written out.
