This hat is worked in Zitron luv & lee; the fire engine red of the yarn caught my attention and gave the hat its name of heatwave. It matches my Heatwave Mittens.
The hat is crocheted entirely in slip stitches in a textured wave pattern. It is worked sideways, with a gathered crown added at the end.
