Affairs of the heart can be tricky. The best ones warm your soul.
This scarf warms your neck with a lot of hearts. It is crocheted entirely in slip stitches, so it has a great drape. It also makes a good first lace project - be assured that the aran weight lace holes hold the warmth, too.
The pattern includes written instructions, a chart and step-by-step photo tutorials for the basic stitches used and for the lace stitches. If you have never done slip stitch crochet before, I recommend to practice before you start with the scarf. Keep in mind to work very loosely and when in doubt, choose a larger hook.
The sample was worked in Hedgehog Fibers Merino Aran. A substitute yarn is shown below.
