George The Giant Sloth

George the giant sloth is an adorable make using soft bernat blanket yarn to create a large (1.1 m long) sloth, perfect for those who love these slow-moving creatures.

This pattern is written in US crochet terms.

Materials Needed:

8mm crochet hook

600g super bulky yarn (for this pattern, I used Bernat blanket yarn in sand)

300g total super bulky yarn in the remaining three colours (for this pattern, I used self striping Bernat blanket yarn in sand dunes)

1 kg toy stuffing

Smaller crochet hook or needle to weave in ends

optional: magnets / velcro to attach hands and feet
