Lovely, smooth yarn to knit with; it feels great next to skin. I used the Sea Green colourway to knit Elizabeth Williamson's 'Fugla' Shawl. It is STUNNING. Having had such good experience I've bought the Plum Imps colourway for Natasja Hornby's Joni summer top; can't wait to get started. Highly recommend this yarn.
It’s a lovely rich colour. Looks and feels luxurious. It’s a bit pricey but knits up beautifully.
It was a lovely yarn but the colour was not what I was expecting. On the website it looked one colour but when the yarn arrived it was several colours drifting into each other. Very nice but not what I wanted. I returned the order with no fuss which I was pleased about. I couldn’t get an exchange so tried to reorder but the discount code wouldn’t work.
Poor quality, and ugly yarn
Love Fyberspates Gleem Lace yarn for hand knitted shawls - My new love! It takes time to unwind the yarn, and you must remember to release the yarn before you start as it’s held in place with the self same yarn and it can be hard to see. I made a real mess of it the first time I used Fyberspates Gleem, and it took me a whole day to unwind and unknot my efforts! I was all over the kitchen floor with it😁. Patience needed! So take time to find the little knots and undo them and your efforts will...
