Foxglove is an asymmetrical, light weight, cowl neck poncho knit in the round from the top down using stockinette stitch. Cowl and bottom edges are knit in garter stitch. Bottom slit on short side of poncho allows for ease of arm movement and can be worn on left or right side. You will need a minimum of 1,575 meters / 1,722 yards lace or fingering weight yarn. Length is adjustable. Pictured poncho is size 2 and shown on US size 12 dressform. Enjoy!
You will need 2 stitch markers and 1 unique stitch marker
Stitches / techniques used:
- Stockinette
- Garter
- Long Tail cast on (or your favorite stretchy cast on method)
- Lifted Right and Left increases
- Knit into front and back of stitch
