Fair Isle Hat "Lena"

This is a fair isle knitting pattern for a hat, size is medium adult.

This easy hat pattern is perfect for advanced beginners who would like to knit a little bit of fair isle knitting.

It is also a fast knit, so perfect for a last minute gift!

I used 3 colors for his hat: one color for brim and crown, two colors for the fair isle part.

One ball of yarn of each color is more then enough for one hat.

The fair isle pattern is charted with symbols and also in color.

Stitches used: stockinette stitch (knit all stitches in the round), knit 2/purl 2 for the ribbing.

Supplies:

- yarn : Annell Rapido Plus – 100% acryl – 50 gram = 83 meter (*)

- Circular knitting needles size US 7, 16 inch long / 4.5 mm, 40 cm long for brim

- Circular knitting needle sizes US 8, 16 inch long / 5 mm, 40 cm long for body

- Stitch marker

- Big blunt tapestry needle with a large eye

- Tape measure
