It always comes to the question what is better: scarf or snood. If you can not decide between those two, then this pattern is definitely going to solve the problem. A scarf with buttons can be worn many different ways and it will keep you warm every single time.

Materials 480 yards /440 meters of worsted yarn that knits up to the gauge

Needles • One pair of 60 cm / 24” circular needles in size 4.5 mm / US 7 (main needles) • One pair of 60 cm / 24” circular needles in size 4 mm / US 6 (ribbing)

Gauge 22 stitches = 4” / 10 cm in Double Seed Stitch using main needles Adjust the needle size to obtain the correct gauge if needed.

Additional tools • 2 markers • Cable needle • 4 buttons (1 inch / 2.5 cm in diameter)
