Free Easter Egg Pattern
If you fancy making some bright Easter Egg decorations to hang in your home, these textured eggs are knitted from any chunky yarn you have in your stash, and take no time at all to knit up. Knitted flat on 4mm knitting needles, they incorporate Irish Moss Stitch (how to do this is explained in the pattern)
You Will Need:
Small amounts of chunky yarn in the colours of your choice. We used Stylecraft Special Chunky in Rose (pink) and Aspen (green) and a small amount of Scheepjes Chunky Monkey in colour 1068 (the bright blue) and Paintbox Simply Chunky in Washed Teal 332 (the light greeny-blue)
You can also make these eggs in single colours- to do this just ignore the instructions for changing colours throughout the pattern. The single-colour egg pictured was knitted in Rico Designs Essentials Mega Wool Chunky in Lilac (colour code 008)
