Easy crochet bag using basic crochet stitches in US terminology of chains, single crochet and half double crochet stitches so it is not complicated but still has an overall affect of looking fabulous. For UK crocheters there is a stitch conversion for you.
I have designed the bag in three pieces. A front and a back section, which are identical, and a long circular piece which forms the strap. The strap wraps around both sides of the bag giving it strength and durability. For this pattern I have used a 10 ply chunky cotton/acrylic but I have also made this bag in a 12 ply cotton and it looks just as good but will be a little bigger.
SIZE Overall Drop Including Handle : 57cm (handle can be lengthened or shortened). Width Of Bag: 33cm (This measurement was taken while bag was flat). Depth Of Bag Middle: 26cm (This measurement was taken while bag was flat).
