Product Description
Candy Cousins are the sweetest little knitted animals who are named after tasty sweet treats; Fruit Drop the elephant, Jelly Bean the frog, Peanut the puppy and Butterscotch the cow. Each is approximately 15cm (6in) high so only uses small amounts of yarn.
TWO STRAIGHT NEEDLES - All knitting is done on a pair of 3.25mm needles (US size 3).
YARN - double knitting (DK) yarn. (USA - light worsted, Australia - 8 ply).
EYES – 6mm and 8mm or 9mm safety eyes have been used but are not essential as eyes can be embroidered using black yarn or embroidery floss.
BASIC KNITTING SKILLS REQUIRED - Cast on, cast off (bind off), knit, purl, k2tog (knit 2 stitches together), p2tog (purl 2 stitches together), kfb (knit front and back of stitch to increase).
PATTERN is easy to follow with lots of coloured pictures to assist with every stage of your toy making. All pattern rows are numbered.

Easy to read and understand patterns, I am a seasoned knitter so can’t speak to ease for beginners but think if you can read directions you can make these
Excellent for large range of patterns and yarns, and for top service.
Have made the frog and the bull so far and they look so cute. Good clear pattern and great for using up bits of wool.
