For a carrot around 12-13cm (4.75") long you will need double-knitting (DK, light worsted-weight, Category 3) yarn in approximately the following quantities:
-- main colour: 18m (20yds)
-- accent colour: 0.7m (28") (optional)
-- leaf colour: 4.2m (4.5yds)
