A simple and generally mindless project worked in a slightly fuzzy yarn. Use a cotton yarn for a higher stitch definition.
Shawl is worked side to side.
Size – 70” wide, 32” long (178 x 81.5cm)
Yarn – 5 skeins Sirdar Saltaire (55% acrylic/25% nylon/20% alpaca, 142yds/130m, 50g/1.75oz) Shown in 306 Fawn
Needles – US 9 (5.5mm) straight/circular as preferred, or size to obtain gauge
Gauge – 14 sts and 16 rows = 4”/10cm in garter stitch, after washing
