The Brave Lion Lovey features a solid granny square blanket, so little fingers and toes won't get stuck in the holes. Your favorite part of this project is sure to be the loop stitch mane. It is much faster than the traditional hair methods for dolls and it looks great!
In addition to the loop stitch, you will also be using single crochet and double crochet stitches. I have rated this pattern at an intermediate level but I'm sure that a confident beginner could tackle it as well.
