Two-colour legwarmers featuring a "boot topper" style lace top cuff, with leg shaping and ribbed ankle cuff, sized for comfort and fit.
Bootleggies are worked entirely in the round, from the top down. Instructions are given for working on a set of four double-pointed needles, but they could also be worked using magic loop or other preferred circular method.
Written pattern, with both a chart and written instructions for the lace section, so you can work from whichever you prefer for the top cuff.
