Blue Coral

This shallow shawl is worked sideways using simple shells and post stitches to create a wrap with lots of movement and interest. Inspired by branching sea corals, there are ten panels which repeat making this a project which will keep your interest without being too complex.

This is a eleven-page pattern which includes written instructions, photographs and two hand-drawn charts. (Photos and charts are on separate pages so you can choose to print or not.)

The sample is made in Townhouse Yarns Fade St 4 Ply, Fingering, 400m, 100g, 70% Superwash Merino, 30% Silk: 1 skein. But you could make it in your favorite fingering weight yarn.
