Aster Vest

The Aster Vest is worked seamlessly from the top down, with the button bands integrated as you knit. The left front, back, and right front are then knitted separately until reaching the underarm length, after which they are joined to knit in flat until the hem. Add pockets to both sides of the

garment. After blocking, embroider the flower motif at any position you like.

Gauge / With 6 mm (US 10) needle :

15 sts and 21 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” in stockinette stitch after blocking

Recommended ease: 0~45cm / 0~17.75’’

1 (2, 3, 4) Sample shown in Size 1 with 47 cm/18.5” positive ease.

Yarns:

Gepard Garn, Puno, 68% Alpaca, 22% Nylon, 10% Merino, 50g=110m/120yds

Color No.720, 6 (7, 8, 9) Balls. Approx. 660 (770, 880, 990) m/720 (840, 960, 1080) yards.

(The yarn amount is for the 3 buttonholes version, you may need more yardage when

extending the length of the garment)

Needles:

6 mm (US 10) for the body; 5 mm (US 8) for the ribbing.
