I design a snowflake ever year, it's became a tradition!
This snowflake also features in my annual Advent (or pre-advent) CAL.
It can be made in any yarn provided you use a suitable hook size, I used a 3mm hook and 4ply yarn and it came out at approx 14cm (5.5") across.
The pattern is written in both UK and US terms, includes a chart and photographs of each completed round.
