Terms and Conditions: #10bucksDIY Challenge Giveaway

1. This Competition shall open at 17:00 GMT on 19 November 2020 until 17:00 GMT on 10 December 2020 (the "Close Date"). 

2. In order to enter this competition, the entrant must: 1. Follow @lovecraftscom on Instagram or facebook.com/lovecraftscom on Facebook 2. Upload a still photo/video to their public feed with the hashtag #10bucksDIY. Each individual post will be a new entry, participants may upload as many individual makes as they wish.

3. The winner will be chosen by a computer process generating verifiably random results in the presence of an independent person. Participants do not need to be present when the draw takes place.

4. There will be 1 winner selected. The prize will be a £100 gift voucher valid at www.lovecrafts.com website. No cash equivalent will be awarded.  The Winner may be required to participate in reasonable marketing activities on www.lovecrafts.com and consent to publication of their name only for this purpose and in order to comply with these terms.

5. The Winner will be chosen within 30 days of the Close Date and will be notified by email within a further 30 days.  The prize shall be awarded within 90 days of the Close Date.  The name of the winner will be available on request (see contact details below).

6. The following people are not eligible to enter this Competition: employees of Lovecrafts Group Limited (and their family members) or any other affiliate company of Lovecrafts Group Limited; residents of Portugal, Austria, Turkey, Hong Kong, Dubai, Russia, New South Wales (Australia), Sweden and Italy; those under the age of 18.

7. Customers wishing to enter one of our Competitions without signing up to our newsletter may do so, and shall have an equal chance of winning, by sending us an email to info+competitions@lovecrafts.com stating their name, country of residence, email address and mobile telephone number and the name and opening date of the relevant competition. These details will be used only for the purpose of administering the relevant Competition.
