I love vintage crochet patterns and prefer using fine yarns whether knitting crocheting or cross stitching. I Was taught to knit by my gran at quite a young age (6 or 7) I then helped my mum and sister to make jumpers etc so we all took a piece and that way made a garment in quick time!!! Lucky we all worked to the same tension! First learnt to crochet making squares for blankets for the local church. Am now over 60 and have dipped in and out of different crafts over the years.
