Retired. Love to knit! If I can’t knit, I crochet! Love to make things and give them as gifts to new baby, bridal shower, birthdays, Christmas or just I love you! I make prayer shawls, hats and mittens for school kids, wash cloths and towels for homeless shelter, and Knitted knockers too. We live in the country with a big brown dog. We have a veggie garden, fruit trees and nut trees. Flower beds all over! I have a path I love to walk between the lilac bushes. Spring is the best! I call it Lilac Lane! I love to walk daily! We live on 5 acres, in a home that is 120 years old give or take. Hubby is a great fixer-upper. New windows and new insulation, it’s cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We have 5 grown children, married, and 16 grandchildren who love to visit and play on the BIG rocks, and run up and down the lawn. So I have lots of places to pawn off my yarn creations!
