I made a poncho in Scarfie yarn and bought an extra ball in case I wanted to make it longer. I didn't need it so started searching for a hat pattern to use it up. There were loads about, but this one seemed the nicest. Sorry the photos don't really do it justice. It is a nice easy pattern, quick to do and the hat is really comfortable and warm.
