I found this yarn in my stash and it seemed to be telling me I needed to make another bear. It is actually a chunky weight yarn, although the pattern indicates to use DK, but it seems to have worked. Bill is the softest cuddliest bear I’ve ever made. He insisted I made him a sweater, also kindly designed by Amanda Berry, (which seems to fit although I used DK for that) as he has cream arms. I had to supplement the caramel colour with the one I used for his muzzle as there wasn’t quite enough of the main colour. Amanda’s patterns are very straightforward to follow and the pieces knit up quickly. All in all, an enjoyable make. Sometimes it doesn’t matter if things aren’t perfect.

He’s so sweet. Like the duel colours. He looks soft and cuddly. I’m pleased he has a sweater in this cold 🥰
