The body worked up really fast, the collar was fiddly, but also simple when you got your head round it. I finished them in about 3 weeks doing bits every now and again. The sleeves were a different story. Got the rows mixed up to start and didn’t have enough decreases, so had to restart. I think got the cuff back to front so had to redo that. Then on the second sleeve I managed to decrease too much so the sleeves were 2 different sizes, so had to do another restart. Every time I messed up and had to unpick a heap I had to leave it in the corner and glare at it for a few days, so took significantly longer to finish than planned! Husband loves it though, says it’s very warm. He may have to wait a couple of years before I’m willing to make another in a different colour for him though. I made size L, added 6 more rows to the body as he’s very tall. I used around 8.5 balls of paintbox simply Aran in black.
