This is my June Shawl Shellscape Shawl By Lisa Cook @LisasAttik. The Yarn was selected by my sister, All lilacs and purples so no suprises there :D Pattern itself is Quite easy and because of it's form as a rectangular shawl that is crocheted lenghtways, it's darn quick to crochet as well. You just want to finish a row before putting it aside and suddenly your shawl is ready. The pattern repeat is easy and you learn it fair easily. Really liked the idea to do the edging before the actual shawl body, so after your chain you make the edging and then slipstitch back to the original chain and crochet your shawl. That was actually the hardest part of this pattern, but then again all the hard work is done in the beginning and then you just crochet away. As I was blocking the shawl, I was horrified to discover a HUGE mistake even I thought I checked everything before sowing the ends. Luckily I still had leftover yarn and the mistake was in the end of the last round so was able to fix it.
