My first attempt at knitting in the round! I still can’t work out how the little top appeared - it was like magic 😂. The pattern on the skirt went horribly wrong, I probably should have chosen something a little less ambitious to start with. The graduation on the skirt was added as I ran out of the cream wool (which is also why the skirt is not quite as long as I would like). Again probably to do with my inexperience with this method. I added the flower to tie in with the darker yellow on the hem. Then decided it looked a bit insipid so added a pop of green with the buttons. Took me ages but overall I’m pleased with it for a first attempt. Will definitely be trying this again.
