I saw this pattern and decided it would be ideal for me. It is a cable knit and I love to experiment with different cable designs. This is a birthday gift for Alex who will be 5 years old in August. The pattern is quite complex in places so it requires concentration. I am pleased with the finished garment. I have tried to enter the yarn but the site keeps timing out. I used Stylecraft Special DK in Waterfall (col no. 1125). It was a nice yarn to knit with.

Looks lovely, Great pattern wouldn’t mind making it my self. Have two small grandsons in Australia and the little waistcoats seem to suit them for the climate 😊
