Less than a day to knit these "cute as" baby sneakers. An unusual pattern, knit from top down in three pieces to start, leaving each piece on needle and then joining together for the main foot area. I have knitted similiar patterns but from the sole up. Next time I might lengthen the tongue by about 4 more rows just so it sits better. Also, for a little twist, I may add more white to the top of the toe to change the appearance slightly. Also really liked that the laces are knitted by casting on and then casting off. Not an I-cord like so many others.
