I had just two balls of this beautiful Amazing wool from Lion Brand, which I love but is sadly discontinued, so I thought I must make something of note to honour its gloriousness. I reckoned there was just enough for a pair of socks if I kept the tops quite short and I made it with about an inch to spare! They are gorgeous and soft.
