Pomegranates, apples and honey are traditional symbols used for Rosh Hashanah holiday; the Jewish New Year. The pattern used was from Stylecraft but does not have a name. The yarn used was King Cole Cotton Top cotton acrylic blend which is no longer available on Lovecrafts. The applique was sourced from http://www.thepitterpatboutique.com/
