Using up scrappy yarns from my stash to make Easter themed items for Dave to include on his monthly stall. The pattern made me think it would make covers for the small chocolate eggs currently on sale in their millions. Sadly all mine turned out to be too big and I haven’t found any others the right size, so they are all done with toy stuffing. The baskets can be used for a variety of Easter goodies. It was an easy pattern to follow though and I was happy otherwise with the results. I didn’t quite get the positioning right for the RNLI logo, but can rectify that another time. I only managed one chick as I ran out of time and yarn!

Beautiful Helen, I don't think they will last very long before they are all snapped up I love the little chick💕💕
I’m glad you think so. I shall find out soon as the next event is this Saturday. Thank you for your great comments. ☺️☺️💕💕
Oh they are soo cute Helen, I'm sorry to have to tell you this but I don't think you have made enough they will definitely be snapped up so quickly.😊😊💕
Thank you Karen. Yes he’s cute. I’ll try and make some more another time.
These are great, Helen, and I love the chick and his rainbow hat!
Lovely little collection Helen brilliant little knits for your charity the lettering looks really good a great way to draw the audience towards the RNLI stall I would need to stand at stall for a while choosing 🥰 I’m sure they will disappear quickly from the stall 🐰 🥚😍🥰
These are great and should raise a lot of money for RNLI,a cause very close to my Dad’s heart ♥️
You have been busy - a great idea for the sale. I think your logo is very good - never easy to do especially on small items - well done! 😍
Thank you Mary. 🩷 Yes it is. I think I might get more satisfaction from it than from using new balls of yarn.! 😂
Beautiful knits Helen, and a great cause. It's so satisfying using up left over yarn creatively isn't it ☺️
