I made this with Valley Yarns Granville which is sport weight, merino and cotton blend on a size 5 needle. It took about 1419 yards to make the size 38 (my bust is 35"). I also made a short sleeve version with Vanna's Glamour and a stockinette version with a lace panel. Gauge was the same for all so I knitted the same size for all 3 versions. The only difference with the stockinette version was that I obviously knitted it in stockinette instead of 2x2 rib and I added a lace panel for the fronts.
