The yarn is the color of an artichoke and the yoke to me looks like overlapping artichoke leaves. So with the red buttons, it's a Christmas artichoke, and the buttons were a Christmas gift from my daughter-in-law, so it all works. The yoke directions are easy to follow and are recoverable if you make a mistake.

Beautiful cardigan, love the contrasting buttons.

Lovely cardigan Christine.
It’s so nice to see baby knits in different colours. This really works. I like the standard rib as it does detract from the lovely pattern on the yoke.
