Rowan Handknit Cotton or any DK yarn
For embroidered neckerchiefs: Approximately 19meters (20 yards) for one neckerchief Oddments of white for Swiss darning
For plaid neckerchief: Oddments of DK yarn in 4 colours and small amount of 2 additional colours for plaid effect 4mm (US 6) knitting needles. Pet collar – one with soft band for ease of sewing the neckerchief to it. Tapestry needle Sewing needle Sewing thread in matching colour to neckerchief
