The Flowerbed Crescent features a distinctive lace pattern with flowers and flower buds all over. The Crescent is worked bottom up in one piece. The pattern contains nupps, double nupps and gathered stitches well known in Estonian lace knitting. The lace pattern is written out and charted. Choose a natural wool fibre for crisp blocking and best results. For a shorter/narrower or longer/wider crescent work less or more repeats. All measurements are approximate due to stretchy quality of lace. The lace pattern is written out and charted.
